but we are covered by a $10,000 per employee Bond
(22894950) by Weston Surety Co.,
$1 million/$2 million G/L with the ERIE Ins. Five-star Contractors (Q27-0520821-CH)
and govened by Workers' Comp.(SIC0005740-01).

 All our services are backed by this certificate of guaranteed.* If your not satisfied for any reason, just call or email us. We here AMNC, LLC wants all our customer to feel safe leaving their homes and businesses in our hands. Our
business was established in 1999, and incorporated in 2008. We pride ourselves on providing customers with the highest-quality
product that are biodegradable, water soluble which meets OSHA and EPA; non-hazardous standards. Our office is conveniently
located in the heart of Rowan / Cabarrus County. We are currently handling Davidson, Concord, Cornelius, Mooresville,
Kannapolis, Lake Norman,Huntersville, Harrisburg, Charlotte and surrounding areas. We do go futher south for special
customers. But if we can't handle your area, we do provide screened companies that we will offer their phone numbers,
like Crystal Clean Maids, out of Mint Hill, NC.
Providing great service means taking the time to listen to
our customers needs and wants. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you receive the services you requested.
Our business is client-oriented, and we maintain strict confidentiality. We are currently accepting Cash and Checks.

Services Offered 
Maid and Butler Services
Based
on an hourly rate of $15 up to $50 per hour per maid or butler; depending on the project.
Hours are 8am
til 5pm Monday through Friday only, but some week-ends are available
at a higher rate. This service handles all
household tasks like ironing, washing, folding,
putting away, cooking, general cleaning, windows, handling parties or
special occasion whatever you need for that day*, etc. (Example: From your list
the maid(s) or butler(s) will complete each task until time is used up.) You can control the total hours worked,
but not the time due to scheduling part and full time employees unless
special prior arrangment have been made.
*Service must comply with our liability and workman compensation policy
plus part time maids are required to take 1 to 2-15 min. breaks depending on total time worked
and full time maids are required 2-15 min breaks and 1 hour lunch break. If a specialty uniform is required, then client must rent, supply or reimburse AMNC,LLC for the cost.
Cleaning Services
Based on a flat rate for general cleaning services on a rotating schedued.
Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly which is standard date/day, covered in this service is dusting/polishing, disinfecting bathroom/kitchen,
sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash,
We offer Clorox product and other supplies.
Regular and Green
These are not all the product we
use in our services, plus you can provide
your own if you'd like.

Prices are based on square footage at the rate of $0.08 (1250 sq. ft. minimum)
Under
1250 = $100
1500 x 0.08 = $120
2000 x 0.08 = $160
Industrial
  
Dusting / Polishing dry areas, Disinfecting wet areas, Vacuuming & Mopping floors, Trash
Removal.
Prices are based on square footage at the rate of $0.15 (10,000 sq. ft. minimum)
(Paper product must be purchased by Industrial company, but we will pickup &
deliver items for additional charge.)
* Additional services with general contract
for Commercial. & Industrial client:
Stove $15, Refrigerator $25, Windows (12' minimum) $10.00 each, Washing
Trash Cans $5.00 each, Fixtures $7.00 each.
New
or Post Construction
Dusting / Polishing dry areas, Disinfecting wet areas, Vacuuming & Mopping
floors.
Prices are $20.00 per hour per manpower (4
hour, 2 manpower minimum.)
(Trash Removal is the clients responsibility)
* Additional services with general contract for New & Post Construction client:
No additional charges will apply due to hourly charges.
Pressure Washing
  
Pressure washing & applying weather treatment to exterior items like Vinyl, Wood, Stone, Brick,
Concrete, etc.
Prices are $20.00 per hour per manpower (4
hour, 2 manpower minimum.)
(Weather Treatment must be purchased by client.)
Pool Cleaning & Maintenance
   
We are in the middle of adding this to our specials.
